Automobile and Electronics vocational trainees are off to their OJT 0On the Job Training) from June onwards to leading companies in all over the part of Sri Lanka. These trainees are the first batch of NAITA Phase I trainees who received the institutional training for the last one year and now the time has come for them to do their OJT in the highly reputed companies in order to gain skills in their respective fields. The automobile trainees were placed in Lanka Ashok Leyland and Sampath Motors. Abans electronics offered OJT to the electronics trainees.

To facilitate the OJT process GIZ VTN has organized several seminars, workshop to the trainees and also to their parents. From these workshops not only the vocational trainees but their parents also received clearer awareness about OJT process.
